Sleeping 16 guests, the setting of the cabin claims a picture-perfect postcard setting amid towering trees. Look forward to beginning leisurely days on the home’s covered deck as the young ones of the group adventure through the backyard playground and teepee tent. When you enter the home, you will be captivated by the pristine beauty of the modern-meets-rustic decor theme and the grand open concept layout crowned by soaring vaulted ceilings and overlooked by the second floor. The gleaming oversized tile floors lead you into the great room highlighted by wood plank walls, comfortable seating, inspired artwork and wall of windows focused on an enchanting treed view. The cabin was built for entertaining with voluminous rooms that create a plethora of elbowroom for those large gatherings where everyone can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces.

The spacious living area will quickly become your favorite place to unwind after a long day of exploring the local amenities or savoring the outdoor recreations. From here, a farmhouse-style dining table with bench seating grants a comfortable touch as the aroma of a home cooked meal wafts over from the custom kitchen complete with premium stainless steel appliances and a granite island topped by ambient pendant lighting. After enjoying a hearty meal, retire to the covered rear deck for after-dinner drinks before the wood-burning fireplace. You might even prefer a therapeutic soak in the relaxing 6-person hot tub located in the adjacent gazebo. A propane grill and outdoor dining set invite the option to cook and dine alfresco to the birdsong, breezes and lush green beauty of the wooded landscape. Steps away, an outdoor fire pit becomes the perfect way to wrap up the day. Kids will love roasting s’mores over the open flame then bouncing over to the custom playset with club house, slide and swings. For entertaining possibilities indoors, you and your guests will find that the 5th Bedroom/Game Room on the upstairs level is well equipped for fun (or sleep) with a sofa bed, foosball, TV, X-box gaming console and video arcade table stocked with classic games.

Across the catwalk on this upper level is a full bath and a “bunkhouse” with eight built-in bunk beds that create an ideal scene for siblings or friends to get a place to call their own. The adults of the group will appreciate the split floor plan on the lower level that assures all bedrooms are separated for optimum privacy. The downstairs master bedroom is luxuriously fitted with a King bed, TV and private ensuite bathroom. Across the cabin is situated two additional Queen rooms with TVs, both separated by a full bath with an additional half bath for added convenience.

Always on My Mind was built in honor of singer, Willie Nelson and exhibits the original artwork of the singer by country music artist, Karen Musgraves. Also displayed is the commissioned artwork of Clint Eastwood, John Wayne, and Sitting Bull by California artists to give the cabin its unique Industrial Cowboy and Indian flair! There are two themed rooms: a cowboy room and an Indian room. In creating this laidback style, rustic wood was used on the walls and ceilings and there are several handmade fixtures forged out of old barn wood and black metal pipe illuminating the space. Most of the paintings were commissioned from an artist in California that were made specifically to fit the ambiance for this cabin.

This luxury cabin retreat is immersed in the tranquil setting of Timber Creek Trails, just minutes from the Stevens Gap Marina, Cedar Creek Golf Course, excellent fly fishing on the Lower Mountain Fork River and hundreds of miles of forestry logging trails for off-road activity. During the day, make memories roaming the beautiful natural forest for “treasures” or take your shoes off and wade in the cool waters of the spring fed creek and even try your hand at catching a crawfish or two. For nighttime enjoyment, do not forget the campfire stories when gathered around the mesmerizing flames of a roaring campfire.
