Nestled in a quiet, secluded setting this cottage beckons to those longing for an escape from life’s busyness and hurry. The Mountain Escape is the perfect solution to the challenge of finding a getaway that’s secluded yet luxurious, providing all that the couple in love could ask for. The cottage is equipped with a large back deck, along with a charcoal grill and built-in breakfast table. The covered front porch offers cover on rainy days.
For couples only, the Escape features a sunken jacuzzi for two, situated in front of the all- glass gable end in the great room. A huge shower for two is accented with glass block and located beside the king size bed. The fireplace is within view of both the jacuzzi and the bed.
The Mountain Escape is fully furnished and includes plenty of candles, luxurious towels and linens, as well as bath robes for two. As in all of our cabins, we’ll be sure that coffee, cappuccino, and popcorn are waiting for you when you arrive.
What else is included?
Bikes and canoes are always provided FREE with your stay at Rivers Edge Cottages. We provide firewood for each cabin between October 1 to April 1. Charcoal grills are provided at each cabin (don’t forget to bring your own charcoal!).
A large playground area is also available for all guests which includes a large sandpit volleyball area, horseshoe pit, swing set and grassy area for playing games.
