The Kiowa Gaming Commission is a governmental regulatory entity appointed by the Kiowa Business Committee. The KGC regulates all gaming within the borders of the Kiowa Indian Community. The Kiowa Community is a sovereign, independent, Tribal Nation. Regulation of gaming is essential for the protection of fair gaming, tribal assets, interests and the general safety and welfare of the public. The KGC upholds the highest standards of gaming regulations through our own tribal ordinance and systems of internal controls.
