\nTHE KITCHEN<\/strong>
\n*A fully-equipped kitchen features a beautiful large island with a waterfall countertop
\n*Modern appliances including microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge\/freezer, Keurig machine and an electric range that will please any cook.
\n*We have made sure our guests will be spoiled with high-end dishes and drinkware as well as quality pots and pans.
\n*The live edge kitchen table seats six, while the island provides seating for five more.<\/p>\n

THE LIVING AREAS<\/strong>
\nOn the main level (upstairs), open to the kitchen, is a living room with a stunning stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large SmartTV.
\nDownstairs, you will find a large game room with plenty of room for the family to gather and enjoy some games together.<\/p>\n

THE OUTDOOR SPACE<\/strong>
\nThe outdoor living space at Mockingbird Hill is truly exceptional! The cabin is ~1800sq ft of air-conditioned space, plus over 1400 feet of covered deck. The dual-deck setup creates comfortable spaces for adults and kids to enjoy themselves. The lower covered deck includes a gas fireplace, plus a ping pong table, cornhole boards, and plenty of seating.<\/p>\n

The upstairs covered deck includes another fireplace, a comfortable lounge area, outdoor dining for six, plus incredible treehouse views of the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Inside, the cabin features yet another fireplace in the main living room. With dramatic high ceilings and a modern, open concept, the cabin is sophisticated-yet-comfortable. High-end appliances and luxury linens and appointments ensure a comfortable stay.<\/p>\n

\nMaximum Occupancy: 10 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and\/or eviction without refund.<\/p>\n

Grounds security is provided via monitored outdoor security cameras and do NOT permit the following at any time:<\/p>\n

Max 2 dogs (up to 60lbs.) allowed. Pet fee applies. Please choose # of pets in checkout.<\/p>\n

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind | No Fireworks Permitted |No Parties!<\/p>\n

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that Broken Bow\/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.<\/p>\n

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers\/dryers, towels, and linens.<\/p>\n

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.<\/p>\n

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.<\/p>\n

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)<\/p>\n

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and upload a valid gov’t photo ID.<\/p>\n

A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.<\/p>\n

Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000.
