Pack for a trip in Beavers Bend just like you\u2019d pack for an overnight trip in a hotel.<\/p>\n

Be sure to pack any specialty items (fancy cheeses<\/strong> or weird personal favorites) in a cooler in advance, as there\u2019s no guarantee you\u2019ll find it at area grocers. Same goes for specialty spirits<\/strong> and vintage wines<\/strong>\u2014the area is home to a handful of liquor stores, but there\u2019s no guarantee they\u2019ll have that signature scotch you\u2019re looking for, so if you\u2019re picky pack ahead. If you\u2019re a beer geek, you\u2019re bound to find something you like from one of the local craft breweries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Though lazing away in a luxury cabin is hardly \u2018roughing it,\u2019 there are some items you won\u2019t want to leave home without. A flashlight <\/strong>or two will always be helpful, whether making the short trip to retrieve something out of the car or to discover a whole new roster of woodland creatures on a night hike.<\/p>\n
