Pay: This position offers an initial annual salary range of $50,000 to $75,000, along with robust benefits. Candidates whose experience meets both the minimum and preferred qualifications may be considered for a starting salary that exceeds the current amount.
Office Schedule: Typical office hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; requires night and weekend availability
Work Location: Hybrid remote for office in East Norriton, PA 19401; requires light travel to various locations throughout Montgomery County

Position Summary
The purpose of the Capital Campaign Manager will be to foster and steward individual, corporate and foundation donors and meet the general operational goals of the agency budget; and support the overall management, planning and growth of Capital Campaign. The position reports directly to the Development Director and works closely with the Campaign Committee to develop fundraising goals, strategies, and approaches to increase and strengthen fundraising efforts. Capital Campaign and General Fund Development responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Capital Campaign Committee, organizing meetings, maintaining the master campaign calendar and assist in the design and implementation of the Capital Campaign, including its objectives, budgets, and timelines. The Capital Campaign Manager will champion and promote the mission of the organization to the community and to current and potential donors.
Essential Duties & Tasks
- Coordinates necessary activities, which would include digital and marketing materials for upcoming capital campaign, ensuring its successful planning and execution.
- Overall campaign management and organization including pipelines, prospect tracking, strategy, task assignment and maintenance of timelines.
- Researching and identifying prospects.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing talking points, assembling presentations and meeting preparation.
- Overseeing acknowledgement of all campaign gifts and pledges and preparation of pledge forms, gift agreements and payment reminders.
- Writing all campaign correspondence including solicitation proposals, meeting requests, and meeting follow up.
- Maintaining master campaign calendar to maximize cultivation events and keep campaign committee on track;,
- Organizing and monitoring assignments and follow-up, and assisting in all aspects of events.
- Oversee the details and logistics of special events to maximize their impact and success.
- Cultivate and steward donors, managing donor information, engaging with current and prospective donors with thoughtful research, timely stewardship and customized acknowledgements.
- Manage acknowledgement of all contributions and coordinating special recognition at different levels of giving, emphasizing relationships building.
- Coordinate the work of the Campaign Committee, setting meeting agendas, running meetings, distributing the minutes and action items of meetings, manage and participate fully in the efforts of the Committee.
- Create briefing materials and presentation materials in advance of meetings, solicitations and events.
- Assists with the creation of both print and marketing materials for the organization, as well as special events, maintaining brand consistency, in relation to the campaign.
- Manage graphic design projects with external companies, maintaining brand consistency.
- Provides creative design and print ideas for special projects, including materials for meetings, slide presentations and other visuals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3-5 years of fundraising experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven success in tailoring messages to a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills required, including ability to effectively connect with donors.
- Very strong organizational skills and sense of self-direction.
- Successful experience working with high-profile and high net-worth donors.
- Professional with excellent judgment who performs well within a fast-paced organization with many priorities. •
- Strong written and oral communication skills and public speaking; must be able to communicate professionally, effectively and diplomatically.
- Strong organizational and analytical; excellent attention to detail. • Must be able to establish, monitor and meet timelines.
- Must work well under pressure with demonstrated ability to juggle tasks, prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft Office 365
- Valid PA Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication, marketing, business, journalism, or a related field
Working Conditions and Schedules
- Work is performed at a variety of locations throughout Montgomery County
- Travel involved – must have daily access to a reliable vehicle (agency provides mileage reimbursement)
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
