As co-founder and CEO of ICG, Eric Joiner knows the power of compassionate leadership. From development of our short and long term strategy to implementation of the vision, mission, and values of ICG, Eric keeps this train on the tracks.
Eric is an alum of the University of Oklahoma. Before co-founding ICG in 2006, he began his entrepreneurial career at age 20 by selling website design and development services, being one of the nation’s top salesmen of Cutco Cutlery, and videotaping weddings on the weekends.
Eric is an active member in the community, and previously served as chair of SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation Board and as co-chair of SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation Saints Ball in 2019. He is a 2008 honoree for OKCBUSINESS Forty Under 40 and a 2011 and 2014 finalist for Journal Record’s list of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs.
Outside of ICG, Eric loves traveling with his wife and two children. He’s also big on staying active, supporting local nonprofits and charities, and having deep conversations around a fire pit. If you need a recommendation for a good self-improvement book, he’s your guy.
