REI Oklahoma’s Capital Readiness Program (CRP) is designed to help women entrepreneurs and small business owners secure funding and grow their businesses.

CRP is designed to give women the skills, confidence and support they need to take the next step—whether that’s refining a business plan, improving credit or preparing for funding opportunities. Through hands-on coaching, training and expert guidance, the team at REI Oklahoma is here every step of the way.

How It Works

• Business Assessment – Get a clear picture of your financials, business structure, and funding needs.
• Financial Analysis – Understand cash flow, profitability, and financial statements with confidence.
• Business Planning – Fine-tune your business plan and financial projections.
• Credit Improvement – One-on-one coaching to help you understand and improve your credit.
• Capital Acquisition Support – Guidance through the loan application process and prep for lenders or investors.
