Sundance Lodge is a gorgeous NEW 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath luxury cabin just minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Beautiful Broken Bow Lake. Located in Kaniatobe Trails, it is convenient to the Blue Rooster, Grateful Head Pizza, Girls Gone Wine, Beavers Bend Brewery, Abendigo’s and much more.

Sundance Lodge is a Luxury vacation cabin in Broken Bow that comfortably sleeps 10. Relax and rest easy as you escape to Beavers Bend. Sundance Lodge offers 4 king suites, each having a private bath with granite counter tops and stylish hammered copper sinks. The master has a California King, walk-in tile shower and separate soaking tub. Sundance Lodge is the perfect luxury getaway. An additional Queen Airbed is provided for additional sleeping for 2 Guests.

There are two bedrooms upstairs on either side of the loft and two downstairs on either side of the kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom is equipped with a large flat screen and programming.

The kitchen is complete with beautiful granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. The island offers additional barstool seating for four guests and transitions into the dining area. The dinner table seats 8 guests and is open to the kitchen and living room. Floor to ceiling windows allow you enjoy being surrounded by the beauty of Beavers Bend even when inside the cabin.

Two full sofas surround the the cozy gas fireplace, which is adorned with a 65 inch flat screen TV. The gas fireplace is easy to use with just the flick of a switch. Gas Fireplaces are for seasonal use and the gas is turned off from mid-to-late March through mid-to-late October.

Sundance Lodge is equipped with a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, so keeping the laundry clean before heading home is a breeze.

The upstairs loft area features a card table to enjoy playing games and spending time with the family. There is also a Retro Arcade Cocktail Table with 60 games including Mrs. PacMan, Galaga, Frogger, and much more! There is also a dry bar that overlooks the living room and dining room area. There is a Full size bathroom with tub and shower combo in the open loft for guest to use.

The outdoor patio features a Large covered deck with outdoor seating and dining area. There is also a Horseshoe pit, Ladder Ball and Corn Hole games provided for fun outdoor activity. The hot tub is on the covered deck and is big enough for 6-8 tired souls to melt away their stress.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

NOT pet friendly – Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.
