If you or someone you know has been trafficked, or if you think you might have been, Dragonfly is here. We offer free, confidential services to help you get safe, get support, and move forward at your own pace.

Oklahoma City’s answer to human trafficking.

Dragonfly is the only nonprofit in Oklahoma certified by the state to provide these services. We are also the only certified provider in Oklahoma City. That means we specialize in exactly what you are going through.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Who we help

Dragonfly serves anyone who has experienced human trafficking, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking.

We serve:

  • All genders
  • U.S. citizens and foreign nationals
  • Children and family members of those who have been trafficked

You do not need money, insurance, or a referral. You do not have to participate in any religious program. There is no income limit.

All services are completely free of charge.


What help is available?

Every person who comes to Dragonfly works with an advocate to figure out what you need and how to get it. You are never handed a list and left on your own; Dragonfly provides services directly or connects you with a trusted community partner.

Dragonfly will honor your cultural and language needs. Services are available in English, Spanish, and your language as needed.

Services include:

Safety and Crisis Support

  • Crisis intervention: immediate help when you are in danger
  • Safety planning: making a plan to stay safe
  • Emergency lodging: a safe place to stay right away
  • Emergency transportation and relocation: getting you away from a dangerous situation

Health Care

  • Medical care, including gynecological and dental care
  • SANE exams (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner)
  • Mental health counseling and trauma-focused therapy
  • Substance abuse support

Legal Help

  • Legal assistance and court advocacy
  • Victim Protective Orders
  • Crime victims compensation assistance
  • Help navigating the legal system

Documents and ID

  • Help getting your ID, birth certificate, and other important documents
  • Immigration document assistance

Housing

  • Connections to emergency shelter and transitional housing
  • Housing Assistance Program: help with deposits, rent, and utilities

Daily Life and Long-Term Stability

  • Food, clothing, and basic needs
  • Parenting and life skills support
  • Vocational training, resume help, and job placement
  • Education assistance and financial aid help
  • Children’s services and school support
  • Tattoo removal or cover-up
  • Support groups and community connection
  • Transportation to appointments (case by case)
